Detlef Hartung – Georg Trenz

The exhibition Belle Etage at the Open Art 2000 was organized by the initiative of Munich galleries of contemporary art and culture department. Organization and Curators: Detlef Hartung, Gallery Mathias Kampl.

The limitation of the exhibition on three days during the OPEN ART made possible the staging of elaborate media art, which usually can not be shown in the classic gallery context.
The exhibition showed media art installations by artists from Berlin, Leipzig and Munich.

On the opening the group Art + Com Berlin created with the “Urban Jungle Pack”, a mobile video communication unit via a satellite internet online tour of the Munich galleries.
